To power on the PCE-RT 1200 Roughness Tester, press the "Power" key when the device is in standby mode. Make sure the battery switch is set to "ON". To power off the device, press the "Power" key when the device is switched on. If the instrument will not be used for a longer period of time, set the battery switch to "OFF".
