To install the IMMERGAS Hydraulic Separating Device Kit for 400KW Power Boiler Sets, follow the steps outlined in the instruction manual:
1. Determine whether you want to install the kit with a right or left outlet, and whether you want to install it on the wall or floor.
2. For wall installation on Victrix 90 - 115 models:
a. Make 6 holes with a diameter of 12mm using the measurements indicated in figure 1.
b. Insert 6 plugs into the holes.
c. Fix the spacer to the wall using the 6 screws with plugs.
d. Flank the two vertical supports and fix them to the bracket using the 6 self-threading screws.
e. Place the hydraulic separating device on the supports.
f. Make the hydraulic connections, positioning the relative gaskets.
3. For wall installation on Victrix 50 - 75 models:
a. Make 6 holes with a diameter of 12mm using the measurements indicated in figure 1.
b. Insert 6 plugs into the holes.
c. Flank the two vertical supports and fix them to the wall using the 6 self-threading screws.
d. Place the hydraulic separating device on the supports.
e. Make the hydraulic connections, positioning the relative gaskets.
4. For floor-standing installation:
a. Make 4 holes with a diameter of 12mm using the measurements indicated in figure 1.
b. Insert 4 plugs into the holes.
c. Flank the two supports and fix them to the floor using the 4 self-threading screws.
d. Place the hydraulic separating device on the supports.
e. Make the hydraulic connections, positioning the relative gaskets.
5. Once the kit has been fully assembled, check the tightness of the hydraulic circuit according to the standards in force.
