Sure! Here are the step-by-step instructions for assembling the BADLAND 59136 3 Ton Off-Road Jack:
1. Start by attaching the Upper Handle to the Lower Handle. Make sure they are securely fastened together.
2. Loosen the Set xxxx and insert the assembled Handle into the Handle Socket. Tighten the Set xxxx to secure the Handle in place.
3. Lift the xxxx the ground from the front end. Place the Front Wheel onto the front axle and secure it with the Bushing, Washer, and Nut. Repeat this process for each Rear Wheel.
4. Position the Strap Ring assembly so that the attached Support Base faces downward. Place the Strap Ring assembly onto the Hydraulic Unit, aligning the holes on the Support Base with the holes on the Hydraulic Unit. Secure the ring assembly to the unit using the provided Screws and Washers.
5. Unhook the Clasp to open the Strap Ring. Place the Saddle Extension into its storage space above the Hydraulic Unit, resting it in the Strap Ring and ensuring that the two base screws rest in the grooves on the side plate. Hook the Clasp and push it down to secure the Saddle Extension. Tighten the xxxx on the side plate to further secure the Saddle Extension.
6. To install the Saddle Extension, adjust the Saddle so that the two holes in the Saddle and Saddle Pad align with the Saddle Base. Loosen the Saddle Extension Set xxxx and remove the Extension from its storage place. Place the Saddle Extension onto the Saddle and secure it with the two Screws attached to the Extension. Use the provided Hex Wrench to tighten the screws.
7. Bleed the Pump by turning the Handle counterclockwise to open the Release Valve. Unscrew the Oil Fill Plug and top off the hydraulic oil. Apply pressure to the Saddle and quickly pump the Handle several times. Check the Oil Fill Hole again and top off with hydraulic oil if necessary. Replace the Oil Fill Plug and turn the Handle clockwise to close the Release Valve. Test the Jack several times for proper operation before attempting to lift a load.
