To connect the Zigbee L2(WZ) RF plus Push Dimmer to the Tuya APP for cloud control, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the Match/Set key on the dimmer for 2 seconds to reset the Zigbee network. The blue LED indicator will start flashing.
2. Press and hold the Match/Set key on the dimmer for 5 seconds, or quickly push the Match/Set key twice to enter config mode. The blue LED indicator will fast flash.
3. In the Tuya APP, search for devices and look for the ZB-DIM or ZB-CCT device. If the network connection is successful, the blue LED indicator on the dimmer will stop flashing.
4. Repeat the power on and off process for the dimmer 5 consecutive times to clear any previous network connections and enter config mode again.
5. In the Tuya APP, you can now find and control the ZB-DIM or ZB-CCT device. Use the app to turn on/off the light, adjust the color temperature, and adjust the brightness.
Note: Make sure your Zigbee router is operating on the 2.4G band and not the 5G band. Also, ensure that the distance between the L2(WZ) devices and the router is close, and check the Wi-Fi signals for proper connectivity.
