To assemble the KENDALL HOWARD Performance 100 and 200 Series Lan Station, please follow the steps outlined in the instruction manual provided. Here is a summary of the assembly process:
Step 1: Remove all components from the crate and place the worksurface on a sturdy working area with the xxxx holes facing up. Install two cross bars using the provided 1/4-20 screws.
Step 2: Install the left leg and the back right leg using the provided 1 1/2" bolts. Rotate the table onto its surface.
Step 3: Attach two cross bars to the lower shelf using 1/4-20 screws. The 100 Series will have 1 lower shelf surface, while the 200 Series has 2.
Step 4: Attach the lower shelf assembly to the bottom of the workbench using 1 1/2" bolts.
Step 5: Install the four leg levelers to the bottom of the workbench. If you have purchased optional castors, install them instead of leg levelers. Rotate the workbench onto the levelers.
Step 6: Align the back panel with the pre-drilled mounting holes on the rear LAN station legs and loosely install the provided 2 1/2" bolts through the back panel. Make sure the channel nut teeth face towards the bolt head.
Step 7: Slide the upper shelf channels over the channel nuts and adjust the height. Fully tighten the bolts.
Step 8: Install the four upper shelf supports using 1 1/2" bolts and channel nuts. The larger holes on the shelf supports should face outward. Slide the shelf supports into the upper shelf channels.
Step 9: Install the upper shelves using 1/4-20 screws. Adjust the shelf assembly to the desired height.
Step 10: Install the provided end caps in the designated locations.
