To reset the VIVO STAND-E-102A Control Panel, follow the reset mode process outlined in the instruction manual. First, make sure the monitor stand height display is incorrect. Then, run it to the highest point of 52.0cm and then the lowest point of 39.0cm. The monitor stand will self-adjust the height level, and the reset process will be complete.
