To adjust the fan speed on the Dragon War GHW-012 Professional Gaming Cooler Fan, you can use the button control on the fan. Press the "+" button to increase the fan speed, and press the "-" button to reduce the fan speed. The fan speed increases in sequence as you press the "+" button multiple times. This allows you to customize the cooling performance according to your needs.
