The installation process for the Q-TRAN Suspended-BOOM01-Single Linear Fixture involves several steps. Here is a step-by-step guide based on the provided instruction manual:
1. Fixture Prep: Attach the assembly B onto the fixture ends using 6-32 x 1/2" counter sunk screws. Route the feed cable through the designated hole and secure it with a strain relief.
2. Power Feed/Non-Feed Surface Prep: Determine the location and positioning of the fixture on the desired surface. Cut holes in the ceiling for junction box mounting or TBAR-J-BOX-HANGER mount.
3. Suspension Mount: J-Box Power Feed/Non-Feed:
- Install the junction box according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Feed the wire from the power supply into the junction box and connect it to the supplied Wagos.
- Mount the crossbar into the junction box on the feed side.
- Slide the braided cables through the cable grippers and the 2-piece cable coupler, leaving the canopy between the coupler pieces.
- xxxx the top part of the coupler into the crossbar's 1/4"-20 xxxx from the feed side.
- Repeat the steps if the fixture is fed from both ends.
4. Suspension Mount: J-Box Non-Feed:
- Install the junction box according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Mount the crossbar into the junction box on the non-feed side.
- Slide the braided cables through the cable grippers and the 2-piece cable coupler, leaving the canopy between the coupler pieces.

- Mount the fixture by inserting the braided cable into the gripper on both sides.
- Take the power cable from the BOOM and feed it through the canopy, connecting it to the Wago within the J-BOX.
- Snap on the wire strain to the BOOM fixture's lead wire and push it into the canopy.

5. Suspension Mount: TBAR-J-BOX GRID Power Feed/Non-Feed:
- Choose a location on the TBAR to mount the TBAR-J-BOX HANGER.

- Feed the wire from the power supply into the mounted junction box and connect it to the supplied Wagos.
- Mount the crossbar into the junction box on the feed side.
- Slide the braided cables through the cable grippers and the 2-piece cable coupler, leaving the canopy between the coupler pieces.

- Snap on the wire strain to the BOOM fixture's lead wire and push it into the canopy.

7. Suspension Mount: Lag xxxx Non-Feed:

- Mount the fixture by inserting the braided cable into the gripper on both sides.
