To adjust the temperature for the "Keep Warm" function on the Kylin AU-K1050 Glass Kettle with Tea Infuser, follow these steps:
1. Press the "Function/Cancel" key to enter the function selection mode.
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Keep Warm" function.
3. Press the "Temp. Adjust" key to set the maintaining temperature.
4. Use the arrow keys to increase or decrease the temperature within the adjustable range of 40°C to 90°C.
5. Once you have set the desired temperature, the display will show the selected temperature.
6. The kettle will now maintain the set temperature until you cancel the function.
