To pair your Starkey hearing aids with the Thrive Hearing Control app on your iPhone, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your hearing aids have been programmed in the Inspire X software and that Inspire X is closed before pairing.
2. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices.
3. Make sure that the Bluetooth setting is turned on.
4. Power off your hearing aids, then power them back on to place them in pairing mode.
5. On your iPhone, you should see your hearing aids appear on the screen. Select them.
6. When prompted, select "Pair." For a binaural set of hearing aids, you will need to select "Pair" twice.
7. Make sure that it says "Connected" after the hearing aid name.
Once paired, you can use the Thrive Hearing Control app to control and adjust your hearing aids' settings, stream audio, and access additional features.
