The cartridges in the Puretec RO Series Reverse Osmosis Undersink Water Filter Systems should be replaced every 6 months, depending on water quality and usage. This ensures the system maintains optimum performance and provides high-quality purified water. When replacing the cartridges, make sure to reset the LED reminder light by removing and replacing the battery from the rubber seat. You can refer to page 8 of the user guide for a detailed diagram on how to reset the LED reminder light. To purchase replacement cartridges, you can contact your nearest Puretec stockist.
