To connect the ULTIMEA Odine IV soundbar to your TV, you have a few options depending on the available ports on your TV.
1. HDMI ARC Connection:
- Check if your TV has an HDMI ARC (Audio Return Channel) port.
- Connect one end of an HDMI cable (not provided) to the HDMI ARC port on your TV.
- Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC port on the soundbar.
- Make sure the soundbar is set to HDMI mode using the remote control or the button on the soundbar.
2. Optical Connection:
- Check if your TV has an optical output port.
- Connect one end of the provided optical cable to the optical output port on your TV.
- Connect the other end of the optical cable to the optical input port on the soundbar.
- Make sure the soundbar is set to Optical mode using the remote control or the button on the soundbar.
- If there is no sound, make sure to turn on the PCM settings on your TV.
3. AUX Connection:
- Check if your TV has a 3.5mm audio output port or RCA output ports.
- If your TV has a 3.5mm audio output port, connect one end of the provided 3.5mm-RCA stereo jack cable to the 3.5mm audio output port on your TV and the other end to the AUX input port on the soundbar.
- If your TV has RCA output ports, you will need to purchase a 3.5mm-3.5mm audio cable separately. Connect one end of the 3.5mm-3.5mm audio cable to the RCA output ports on your TV and the other end to the AUX input port on the soundbar.
- Make sure the soundbar is set to Auxiliary input mode using the remote control or the button on the soundbar.
Note: Before connecting, make sure to check if your TV supports HDMI ARC, optical, or AUX output. Also, ensure that the HDMI cable is not lower than HDMI 1.4 for HDMI ARC connection.
