To adjust the temperature on the VEVOR FWHB-191929 Hot Box Food Concession Warmer, follow these steps:
1. Press the "SET" button to make the blue light flash.
2. Use the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons to set the desired temperature within the range of 100-170 degrees Fahrenheit. The default value is 122 degrees Fahrenheit.
3. Press the "SET" button again to save the temperature setting.
Additionally, if you want to switch between degrees Fahrenheit and degrees Celsius, press and hold the "UP" button for three seconds. The green temperature unit conversion light will turn on to indicate degrees Fahrenheit.
Please note that the device operates by reaching the specified temperature and then stopping. When the temperature drops 2 degrees Fahrenheit below the setpoint, the device starts operating again until the specified temperature is reached.
