To assemble the Zelmer ZHM2559 Hand Mixer with Bowl, follow these steps:
1. Insert the beaters or dough hooks into the correct outlets on the mixer unit. Make sure they securely lock in the right position.
2. Place the front of the mixer unit onto the mixer holder and press it downwards to lock it onto the mixer holder.
3. Check that the mixer unit and mixer holder are securely locked in position.
4. Put food (such as flours, eggs, etc.) into the plastic bowl and insert the bowl cover into the mixer holder.
5. Turn the 5-speed switch to position "0" and then connect the plug to the power supply to use the mixer with the bowl.
To use the mixer, follow these steps:
1. Connect the power cord to a power outlet.
2. For better mixing results, first put liquid ingredients into the bowl and then add the dry ingredients accordingly.
3. Adjust the mixer speed using the 5-speed switch. The different speed levels are suitable for different mixing processes.
- Low speed (level 1): Suitable for beginning and ending the mixing process, beating and mixing light or fluid batters.
- Medium speed (levels 2, 3, 4): For consistent mixing.
- High speed (level 5): For whipping cake mixes, sauces, and kneading consistent mixing processes.
4. You can use the turbo function by pressing the turbo button while the appliance is working under a different speed. This function allows the mixer to reach the fastest speed. Release the button to return to the original speed.
5. To switch off the mixer, turn the speed switch to position "0".
After use, you can remove the bowl by following these steps:
1. Press the mixer release button and take out the mixer unit with the dough hooks/beaters from the mixer holder.
2. Press the mixer holder adjuster and lift up the mixer holder backwards to release it.
3. Take out the bowl by pressing the mixer holder adjuster.
