To install the PYRAMID GSX1400 Belly Pan on your motorcycle, please follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the manual:
1. Start by removing the bolt in the crank casing nearest to and in front of the large Allen bolt underneath the motorcycle.
2. Attach the corresponding front brackets (left and right) to each of the bolts and replace the bolts loosely in the crank case.
3. Place the jubilee clips through the rear brackets and position them on the frame underside in the appropriate place. Use the belly pan to determine the correct position. Note: It is recommended to wrap electrical tape around the frame to avoid the clips marking the frame coating. Do not fully tighten the hose clips at this stage.
4. Fit the grommets and spacers provided to the holes in the belly pan.
5. Attach the belly pan to the brackets using the bolts and washers provided. Check the position of the belly pan to ensure it is correct, then tighten all bolts fully.
6. Periodically check the bolts to ensure tightness.
