To clean the Tommee Tippee Advanced Bottle and Pouch Warmer, unplug it and allow it to cool before cleaning. After each use, pour away any remaining water by tipping the warmer sideways over a sink and wipe it clean with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the warmer.
To descale the warmer, the frequency of descaling depends on the hardness of your water. If you have hard water, it is recommended to descale every 7 days. For medium water hardness, descale every 14 days, and for soft water, descale every 21 days. You can find out your water quality from your water provider.
After each use, allow the warmer to cool before pouring away the remaining water. Then, unplug the warmer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. A build-up of limescale can affect the performance of the warmer. Use a descaler suitable for use with stainless steel, following the manufacturer's guidelines. Alternatively, you can use white vinegar to descale the warmer, following the manufacturer's guidelines.
Once you have descaled the warmer, follow the instructions under the "Set Up" section in the manual to perform a final cleaning cycle. If limescale is still present, you may need to repeat the descaling process. Do not use metal objects or scourers to clean the warmer, and do not use bleach or abrasive or anti-bacterial materials.
For any other servicing needs, it is recommended to contact an authorized service representative.
