To switch the temperature unit from Celsius to Fahrenheit on the AOJ MEDICAL AOJ-25A Electronic LCD Digital Thermometer, follow these steps:
1. Turn on the thermometer by pressing the measure button. The thermometer will display "- - - -".
2. Press and hold the M button for 1 second. The temperature unit will switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).
3. Release the M button when the desired temperature unit is displayed.
