To charge the Fastrack Reflex 2C Activity Tracker, follow these steps:
1. Detach the capsule from the strap by pulling it from the Touch button side.
2. Locate the USB port on the capsule.
3. Plug the USB port into a USB port on your computer, laptop, or a USB adapter.
4. Ensure that the face of the band is facing downwards, so the charging contacts are facing upwards.
5. The band will start charging.
Please note that the charging cable is not included with the product. You can use any standard USB cable to charge the band.
