To set up the THIRDREALITY 3RSH04027BWZ Smart Hub Gen 2, follow these steps:
1. Download the Third Reality App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and open it. Make sure your phone has Bluetooth enabled.
2. Sign up or log in to the Third Reality App using a valid email address.
3. Remove the cover of the Smart Hub and plug it into a USB-A port or a power adapter.
4. The LED light on the hub will initially blink slowly in blue and then change to yellow, indicating that the hub is in pairing mode. If it doesn't enter pairing mode, long press the reset button for about 15 seconds until the LED light turns red, then release it. The LED light will start blinking slowly in yellow, indicating that the hub is in pairing mode.
5. In the Third Reality App, click on the "+" symbol in the top right corner to add the Reality Hub.
6. Select Wi-Fi and initialize the Reality Hub. The app will search for the hub and display its corresponding Mac No.
7. Once the setup is complete, click "Pair Device" to add other smart devices. The LED light will stay on blue when the pairing is completed.
Note: The Third Reality Hub only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
