To change the blade on the DAKE SE-10.5 DM Semi-Auto Dual Mitering Bandsaw, follow these steps:
1. Raise the saw head to the uppermost position and open the blade guards.
2. Loosen the tension xxxx xxxx enough to allow the old blade to slip off the wheels.
3. Install the new blade by placing it between each of the guide bearings.
4. Slip the blade around the motor wheel (rear) with your left hand and hold it in position.
5. Pull the blade taut against the motor wheel by pulling it towards the front wheel with your right hand. Adjust the position of the front wheel by slipping the blade around it using your thumb, index, and little finger as guides.
6. Adjust the blade tension handwheel clockwise until the needle is in the green zone of the gauge face. Do not tighten excessively.
7. Replace the blade guards. The rear blade cover has interlocks and will not allow the saw to run without these interlocks engaged.
