To connect your smartphone to the Technogym Mywellness Kiosk, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your smartphone has Bluetooth® 5.0 and Qi certification for wireless charging.
2. Place your smartphone correctly on the wireless charger of the Mywellness Kiosk. Make sure it is positioned correctly on the charging surface to ensure proper charging.
3. If the wireless charging is not functioning correctly, check if your smartphone has a thick case. If it does, remove the case before placing it on the wireless charger.
4. Avoid placing any other items between your smartphone and the wireless charger.
5. Do not leave your smartphone unmonitored on the battery charger.
6. Note that the wireless charger is not compatible with quick charge.
7. Keep magnetic cards, including credit cards and boarding cards, away from the battery charger as they can be damaged by magnetic fields.
8. The Mywellness Kiosk is also equipped with an NFC sensor for the Mywellness band and smartphone. You can use this feature to connect your smartphone to the kiosk by tapping it on the NFC sensor.
