To adjust the height of the tripod for the BOWER BWRWARLSRGB12 RGB Selfie Ring Light Studio Kit, follow these steps:
1. Unscrew the locking xxxx located on the tripod.
2. Turn the locking xxxx in a counter-clockwise direction until it is loose.
3. Pull the legs of the tripod outward until they point towards the floor.
4. Tighten the locking xxxx to set the leg stance.
5. Pull out each extension (there are a total of 3) for the desired height.
6. Unscrew the locking xxxx for each section to pull it out.
7. Once the desired height is determined, tighten the locking xxxx to secure the tripod at that height.
