To activate the AATA 2 Voip Analog Terminal Adapter, please follow the steps below:
1. Download the Ooma Setup app on your iPhone or Android smartphone. You can either scan the QR code provided or search for the app in your app store.
2. Connect the AATA 2 to your router using the included Ethernet cable. Plug one end of the cable into the INTERNET port of the AATA 2.
3. Connect your Telephone Entry System telephone to the Base Station RJ11 Analog port. This will provide a dial tone to your Telephone Entry System.
4. Plug the provided AC adapter into the POWER port of the Base Station. The lights on the Base Station will blink for a couple of minutes, and once ready, the light on top of the Base Station will turn blue.
5. Once the activation process is complete, your Ooma service will be working. You will hear the Ooma dial tone, and all services will be operational.
Note: It is important not to plug in the AATA 2 device until the activation process has been completed. Also, please contact Ooma support at 1-888-711-6662 for any activation or deactivation issues you may encounter.
