To set the dual time on the SKMEI 0821 Dual Time Watch, follow these steps:
1. In the normal display mode, press the B button to change the mode until you reach the dual time mode.
2. Once in the dual time mode, the hour for the second time zone will be flashing.
3. Press the D button to adjust the hour for the second time zone. Pay attention to AM/PM.
4. After setting the hour, the minutes for the second time zone will flash.
5. Press the D button to adjust the minutes for the second time zone.
6. Press the B button to save and exit.
