To set the time on the SKMEI 1571 Digital Watch, follow these steps:
1. In time mode, press and hold the D key for 2 seconds to enter the setting mode.
2. The hour digits will start flashing. Press the C key to increase the value and set the desired hour.
3. Press the D key to move to the minute digits. Press the C key to set the desired minute.
4. Press the D key to move to the second digits. Press the C key to set the desired second.
5. Press the D key to move to the year digits. Press the C key to set the desired year (between 2000 and 2099).
6. Press the D key to move to the month digits. Press the C key to set the desired month.
7. Press the D key to move to the day digits. Press the C key to set the desired day.
8. Once all the values are set, press and hold the D key for 2 seconds to exit the setting mode and return to the time mode.
Note: The hour clock will not be announced in the setting mode.
