To set the time and date on the SKMEI 1142 Digital Watch, follow these steps:
1. In Normal time Mode, press the D key to convert between 12H and 24H format. "P" indicates 12H format.
2. In Normal time Mode, hold the C key until the Minutes start flashing. This will enter the Time & Date setting Mode.
3. Press the B key to choose the desired setting (Hours - Minute - Year - Month - Date).
4. Press the D key to adjust the data for the selected setting.
5. Press the C key to exit the Time & Date setting Mode.
