To set the time and date on the SKMEI 1381 Dual Time Watch, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the C key for 3 seconds until the seconds start flashing. This will enter you into the time setting mode.
2. Use the B/D/F keys to select the item you want to adjust, such as Second, Minute, Hour, Day, Month, or Year.
3. Press the E key to adjust the flashing item.
4. Once you have set the desired value, press the C key to exit the time setting mode.
