To set the time and date on the SKMEI 1215 Digital Watch, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the "SET" button for 2 seconds to enter the time setting mode.
2. Press the "MODE" button to cycle through the setting items: 12/24-hour format, hour, minutes, seconds, year, month, day, and hourly chime on/off.
3. Use the "UP" button to increase the values and hold it for 2 seconds to increase quickly.
4. Adjust the desired setting by pressing the corresponding button.
5. Once you have set the desired values, press the "SET" button to exit the settings.
Note: If you do not perform any button operation within 30 seconds (except for the "EL" button), the watch will automatically exit from the settings and return to the time mode.
