To view your personal statistics using CISCO View Agent Personal Statistics, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the CISCO View Agent Personal Statistics desktop.
2. Click on the "Agent Statistics" option in the navigation bar.
3. The page will display your personal statistics, including the total number of customer interactions you have handled, average handle time, and average wrap-up time.
4. The real-time statistics will be automatically refreshed at a time interval set by your Organization Administrator. However, you can manually refresh the real-time and historical statistics information by clicking the Refresh icon.
5. If you want to view historical statistics, you can select the desired time period from the Interval and Duration drop-down lists.
6. The Agent Desktop retains your filter selections even if you sign out or refresh the browser. To reset filters to the default value, click the Reset filters link.
7. For more detailed reports and analysis, you can click on the Launch icon at the right side of the report or chart to view the report in Customer Journey Analyzer.
Note: It is important to close the browser when signing out of the desktop. When signing in again, make sure to reflect any configuration updates made to the Customer Journey Analyzer. If you are accessing Agent Performance Statistics in incognito (private browsing) mode, enable third-party cookies for Agent Performance Statistics reports to load successfully.
