Answer: If you need to stop the Nextera XT DNA Library Prep Kit protocol, you can store the plate at 2°C to 8°C for up to 2 days. Alternatively, you can leave the plate on the thermal cycler overnight. For longer storage, seal the plate with a Microseal 'B' adhesive seal or Microseal 'F' foil seal and store it at -25°C to -15°C for up to 7 days. These storage conditions will ensure the stability of your samples until you are ready to proceed with the protocol.
