To adjust the height of the DELTACO GAMING GAM-134 Desk Mount Arm, follow these steps:
1. Hold the monitor arm horizontally to avoid damage to the monitors or the arm.
2. If the monitor arm is falling, turn it counterclockwise until it stays in place.
3. If the monitor arm is rising too much, turn it clockwise until it stays in place.
4. If the monitor does not stop at the desired position, tighten the screws.
Please note that it is recommended to ask for help from a second person if needed to ensure the adjustment is done safely.
