To install the LNC A03946 Vintage Gold Fabric Drum Chandelier, please follow these steps:
1. Before starting, make sure to turn off the electricity by switching off the main power switch in the fuse box and the wall switch.
2. Ensure that the mounting surface is clean, dry, flat, and strong enough to support the weight of the chandelier. It should also be 1/4" larger than the canopy on all sides. Correct any gaps exceeding 3/16" as necessary.
3. Confirm that the voltage you are using is 120V, and do not exceed a maximum wattage of 40W per bulb.
4. Keep the chandelier away from acidic and alkaline substances to avoid damaging its surface.
5. When replacing bulbs, always turn off or unplug the chandelier and wait until it has cooled down, as bulbs can become hot quickly.
6. It is recommended to have a licensed electrician perform the installation.
7. The necessary tools for assembly and installation are not included, so please prepare them beforehand.

12. Weave the wires through the chain, skipping one blank link between every two links, and stop just before reaching the top of the chain. Ensure that the wires are not stressed.
13. Follow the instructions to turn off the power before starting the installation.
14. Attach the single bar to the outlet box using the provided mounting screws, ensuring that the side marked "GND" faces out.
15. Raise the canopy through the collar loop and xxxx the collar loop to the desired position. The canopy should be snug against the ceiling, and the collar loop should have at least 6 threads over the threaded xxxx for secure hanging.
16. Slip the collar ring over the chain and canopy.
17. Open the quick link, attach it to connect the collar loop, and close the quick link. Pass the wires through the collar loop to the top of the xxxx , ensuring they are not stressed.
18. If needed, shorten the length of the fixture wires, leaving at least 6" above the single bar.
19. Make wire connections according to the provided chart, ensuring that the ground wire is connected correctly.
20. Twist the plastic wire connectors until the wires are tightly joined together and wrap each connector with approved electrical tape. Ensure that no wire strands are exposed and tuck all wires into the outlet box.
21. Raise the canopy to the ceiling and secure it in place by tightening the collar ring onto the collar loop.
22. Install the bulbs (not included) by carefully screwing the glass shade onto the socket. Do not use excessive force.
23. Double-check that everything is installed properly before turning on the light.
24. To clean the chandelier, wipe it with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials.
