According to the usage and care guide, the filter of the Euro Appliances EM52UMS 52cm Undermount Rangehood should be cleaned regularly. It is recommended to clean the filter every two months to ensure the proper function of the unit. To clean the filter, you can remove it according to the installation instructions, and then put it into a dishwasher with detergent, setting the temperature below 60 degrees. Please do not use abrasive detergent as it may damage the hood. Make sure to shut off the hood before cleaning.
