To adjust the intensity level of the massager, press the "+" or "-" key on the controller. There are 16 levels of intensity adjustment. The machine will sound twice when it reaches the maximum or minimum level, and it will sound once for the other levels.
To switch between modes, press the "" key on the controller. There are 5 modes available, and they can be cyclically switched. When switching to the first 4 modes, the machine will sound once. When switching to the last mode, it will sound twice. Each mode switch will automatically set the intensity to the first level.
If you are using the remote control, long press the " " key for 2 seconds to switch it on. The remote display will show mode 1 with intensity 0. Short press the "" key to cycle through the 6 modes. Press the "+" or "-" key to adjust the intensity level, with a total of 16 levels available. Long press the "" key again for 2 seconds to turn off the machine.
