To assemble the Agri 45-03201 42 Inch Tow Lawn Sweeper, please follow the steps outlined in the instruction manual provided. Here is a general overview of the assembly process:
1. Start by attaching the Hitch Tubes (part numbers 40614 and 40615) to the Sweeper Housing (part number 66137) using the provided Bolts (part number 44961) and Bushings (part number 23353).
2. Install the Pin (part number 23353) to secure the Hitch Tubes in place.
3. Attach the Tube Hitch Spacer (part number 23368) to the Hitch Tubes using Bolts (part number 43343) and Hairpin Cotter (part number 43343).
4. Assemble the Height Adjustment Tube (part number 66070) by inserting the Bolts (part number 43063) and Bushing Spacer (part number 25408) into the Tube.
5. Attach the Height Adjustment Tube to the Sweeper Housing using Bolts (part number 43840) and Washers (part number 44732).
6. Install the Brush Shaft (part number 25850) onto the Sweeper Housing, securing it with Bushings (part number 44910) and Retainers (part numbers 23580 and 23581).
7. Attach the Brushes (part number 48557) to the Brush Shaft.
8. Install the Dust Cover (part number 64559) and other components such as the Hopper Tubes (part numbers 48466, 48388, and 48726), Hopper Bag (part number 48388), and Bag Frame Strap (part number 24949) as indicated in the manual.
9. Finally, attach the Wheels (part number 44985) and Wheel Bearings (part number 45088) to the Sweeper Housing using the provided Bolts (part numbers 44292 and 44180).
