To adjust the height of the VONYX TS03 Adjustable Table Stand, follow these steps:
1. Locate the telescopic linkage attached to the stand base.
2. Turn the telescopic linkage counterclockwise to open it.
3. Adjust the height of the arm to your preferred height.
4. Turn the telescopic linkage clockwise to close it and secure the height adjustment.
