According to the owner's manual, the pre-filter should be replaced every 3 months (approximately 2,160 hours) and the HEPA filter should be replaced every 6 months (approximately 4,320 hours) under normal conditions of continuous use. However, depending on air quality and environmental factors, the filters may need to be replaced more frequently.
As for the synthetic wick, it is recommended to clean it every 1-3 months under normal water conditions of continuous use. Again, the frequency of cleaning may vary depending on water quality and environmental factors.
