To set the time and date on the SMARTHEART 19006 Pedometer, follow these steps:
1. Press any button to wake the unit from sleep mode.
2. Press the MODE button until the display shows the real-time clock screen.
3. Press and hold the SET button until the digits on the display start to flash.
4. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to scroll to the current hour and press SET to confirm.
5. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to scroll to the current minutes and press SET to confirm.
6. To set the 12/24-hour format, when the display shows the current time, press the UP button to change between 12-hour or 24-hour format.
