To clean the upholstery of the Midmark Ritter 204 Exam Table, follow these steps:
1. Wash the upholstery weekly with a mild liquid soap and water mixture.
2. Rinse the upholstery with clear water.
3. Dry the upholstery completely to remove disinfection cleaner buildup.
4. Disinfect the upholstery with a solution of standard bleach and water mixed 1 in 10 (10%) or chlorine-based cleaners, following the current CDC Guideline for Disinfection and Sterilization in Healthcare Facilities.
5. After disinfection, rinse the upholstery with clear water.
6. Thoroughly dry the material.
7. To minimize damage caused by disinfectant cleaner residue buildup, do not allow disinfectants to pool on the upholstery surface.
8. Once the approved contact time has been obtained, remove and dry excess liquid remaining on the surface.
