To install and set up the AMERICAN LIGHTING SPKPL-GTWY-E Spektrum+ Gateway with Ethernet Port, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the power supply is turned off at the fuse box or circuit breaker before attempting installation or servicing of the gateway.

2. Place the gateway within 18 inches of a power receptacle.

3. Plug the mini USB power adapter into the gateway and then plug the power adapter into the receptacle. The blue power indicator light on the gateway will light up when powered.

4. If you are connecting to an Ethernet router, use the Ethernet port on the gateway.

5. Pair your device to the Spektrum+ Smart Lighting app on your mobile phone or tablet. For pairing instructions, please refer to the Spektrum+ Smart Lighting app guide or quick start guide.

To reset the gateway, press and hold the Reset Button for 5 seconds until the WiFi indicator light flashes.

Indicator light status:
- Red Light (WiFi Status): A long light indicates a connected status, while blinking indicates a pending connection.
- Blue Light: A long off light indicates activation, a long light indicates inactivity, and blinking indicates that the sub-device is allowed to access the network.
