To install and connect the diaphragm-type dryer, please follow these guidelines:
1. Thoroughly clean the lines before installing the dryer to ensure there are no particles or contaminants. Use compressed air to blow out the lines if necessary.
2. Mount the diaphragm-type dryer vertically to preserve its function. Use a mounting bracket to attach it to the head piece of the dryer.
3. Install the dryer in the direction of the compressed air flow: filter - pre-filter - microfilter - diaphragm-type dryer. The pre-filter is necessary to extend the service life.
4. Install a non-return valve directly downstream of the diaphragm-type dryer to prevent contamination caused by return flows of contaminated and oily air.
5. Use Teflon tape to seal the thread connections at the input and output. Do not use liquid sealants.
6. Ensure the condensate outlet line for the filters is properly laid.
