To clean the electrodes of the KEITHLEY 8009 Resistivity Test Fixture, you can periodically clean them with methanol or another suitable solvent. It is also important to keep the connectors clean to prevent leakage when measuring low-level current. When not in use, it is recommended to keep the supplied protective spacer installed between the electrodes to prevent the surfaces from getting nicked and scratched.
