To change the temperature scale from Celsius to Fahrenheit on the JOYTECH DET-1115b Infrared Ear Thermometer, please follow these steps:
1. With the thermometer turned on, press the Setting Button to enter the setting mode.
2. Use the Button to select the unit you want (Celsius or Fahrenheit).
3. After selecting the unit, press the Setting Button again. The time format figure will appear.
4. Use the Button to select the time format (AM/PM or 24-hour format).
5. Once the desired time format is displayed, press the Setting Button. The Hour figure will start flashing automatically.
6. Use the Button to adjust the hour to the correct value.
7. After setting the hour, press the Setting Button. The Minute figure will start flashing automatically.
8. Use the Button to adjust the minute to the correct value.
9. After setting the minute, press the Setting Button. The Year figure will start flashing automatically.
10. Use the Button to adjust the year to the correct value.
11. After setting the year, press the Setting Button. The Month figure will appear.
12. Use the Button to adjust the month to the correct value.
13. After setting the month, press the Setting Button. The Date figure will start flashing automatically.
14. Use the Button to adjust the date to the correct value.
15. Once the date is set, press the Setting Button to exit the setting mode.
The temperature scale on your JOYTECH DET-1115b Infrared Ear Thermometer should now be changed to Fahrenheit.
