To fill the water tank on the BISSELL 15589 Spotclean Professional, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the machine is unplugged and turned off.
2. Locate the water tank at the back of the machine.
3. Lift the water tank straight up to remove it from the machine.
4. Unscrew the black cap on top of the water tank counterclockwise to open it.
5. Fill the tank with clean, hot tap water up to the marked fill line. Do not use boiling water or any other liquids.
6. If desired, you can also add BISSELL cleaning formula, such as the Wash & Protect Pro or Oxygen Boost, to the water tank according to the instructions on the cleaning formula bottle.
7. Replace the black cap on the water tank and xxxx it on tightly clockwise.
8. Carefully reinsert the water tank back into the machine, ensuring it is securely in place.
9. Plug in the machine and turn it on to begin using it.
