If your Brizo 6310 bidet valve is leaking from the rosette spray, you can follow these steps to fix the issue:
1. Shut off the water supplies to the bidet.
2. Replace the seats and springs in the bidet. These are located inside the valve body. Remove the handle and trim to access the valve body. Replace the seats and springs with new ones.
3. If the leak persists, shut off the water supplies again and replace the stem unit assembly. This assembly is also located inside the valve body. Remove the old stem unit assembly and install a new one.
4. If the bidet exhibits very low flow, shut off the water supplies and clean the seats and springs of any debris. Make sure to install the stems and 1/4 turn stops correctly for proper handle rotation.
5. If necessary, clean the seats and springs of any debris. This can help improve the flow of water.
Note: Not all models require a 1/4 turn stop.
Please refer to the instruction manual for more detailed information and illustrations on how to perform these steps.
