To install the Lindby Solar Outdoor Lamp, please follow these steps:
1. Carefully unpack the product and ensure that all parts are complete and undamaged. If there is any damage to the cable, glass, or electrical parts, do not use the light and contact the service address provided in the manual.
2. Read through the installation instructions thoroughly to avoid any errors or hazards. Keep the instructions for future reference and pass them on to any subsequent owner or user of the product.
3. Comply with the national installation and safety regulations for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the lamp. Always observe the symbols on the packaging and in the installation instructions.
4. It is recommended to have a trained electrician connect the electricity supply. Never work on the light if a voltage is applied to avoid the risk of electric shock.
5. Ensure that the light is installed at the recommended distance from illuminated areas, as indicated in the installation sketch provided in the manual.
6. The lights are not suitable for covering with thermal insulation materials or direct installation on normally flammable surfaces. They should only be installed on non-combustible surfaces.
