To connect the gas cylinder to the HKoenig plx1042 Gas Plancha 4 Burners, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the plancha is properly assembled and placed on a level surface outdoors.
2. Ensure that the gas supply is turned off at the cylinder valve.
3. Check that you have the correct low-pressure regulator suitable for butane, propane, or butane/propane mixtures at the specified pressures (28-30/37 mbar, 30 mbar, or 37 mbar) as mentioned in the instruction manual.
4. Connect the gas hose to the plancha by attaching one end of the hose to the plancha's gas inlet.
5. Connect the regulator to the other end of the gas hose.
6. Connect the regulator to the gas cylinder valve following the regulator instructions supplied with the regulator.
7. Once the connections are secure, turn all of the control knobs on the plancha to the "OFF" position.
8. Slowly open the gas cylinder valve or regulator switch to allow gas to flow into the plancha.
9. Check for any gas leaks by brushing a soapy water solution onto the hose and all joints. If bubbles appear, there is a leak that needs to be fixed before using the plancha. Consult your gas or plancha supplier for advice.
10. Once you have confirmed there are no leaks, you can proceed to light the plancha following the lighting instructions provided in the manual.
