To clean the fri-jado TDR Auto-Clean rotisserie, follow these steps:
1. Daily - Start of day:
- Check if a clean cycle was executed.
- Remove and dispose of the cartridge.
- Remove the dispenser, deflector plates, and filter screens and dispose of remains.
- Rinse the parts.
- Inspect the unit and manually clean it if necessary.
- Open the filter and clean the drain under the filter screens with a brush.
- Replace filter screens and deflector plates in the correct position.
- Clean between the inner and outer glass.
- Check and empty the fat collector if necessary.
2. Pre-heat before loading:
- Start the pre-heating process and wait for the signal.
- Load the rotisserie with the meat forks.
3. Cooking:
- Select the recipe and start the cooking process.
- Wait for the signal indicating the cooking process is complete.
4. Unloading the rotisserie:
- Wear heat protective gloves.
- Grab the ends of the meat fork and lift it out of the grill.
- Tilt the meat fork forward to slide the chicken off.
5. Daily - End of day:
- Remove any (meat) remains from the bottom of the rotisserie.
- Select the Daily clean program and wait for the rotisserie to cool down.
- Remove the cap from the cartridge and place it in the cartridge holder.
- Push Continue and the Daily clean will start automatically.
6. Once a week:
- Wear heat protective gloves.
- Select the Descale program and wait for the rotisserie to cool down.
- Get one RotiShine tablet and place it on the bottom of the rotisserie.
- Push Continue.
