To select the heating mode on the STELPRO ASB-SB SERIES Dual Energy Duct Heater, you can use the three push buttons located on the unit's control panel. The available modes are dual-energy mode, electric mode, and fuel mode. The selected mode is indicated by the corresponding LED on the control panel. In the dual-energy mode, the duct heater will automatically activate either its own heating assembly or the furnace heat output based on the outdoor temperature. In the electric mode, the duct heater will only use its own heating assembly regardless of the outdoor temperature. In the fuel mode, the duct heater will redirect the thermostat call for heat to the furnace. You can switch between these modes by pressing the corresponding button on the control panel.
