To install the Parrot Uncle F3527110V ceiling fan, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the electricity is turned off at the circuit breaker or fuse box before beginning the installation.
2. Make sure the outlet box and support structure are securely mounted and capable of supporting the weight of the fan (35 lbs or 15.9 kg).
3. Mount the fan with a minimum clearance of 7 ft (2.1 m) from the trailing edge of the blades to the floor.
4. Do not operate the reversing switch while the fan blades are in motion. Turn off the fan and stop the blades before reversing the blade direction.
5. Avoid placing objects in the path of the blades.
6. Be cautious when working around or cleaning the fan to avoid personal injury or damage.
7. Make sure to use UL-listed light kits and switches that are suitable for use with the specific model of fan you are installing.
8. After making electrical connections, ensure that spliced conductors are turned upward and pushed carefully up into the outlet box. Spread the wires apart with the grounded conductor and equipment-grounding conductor on one side of the outlet box.
9. Check and retighten all setscrews before installation.
10. Remove the rubber motor stops on the bottom of the fan before installing the blades or testing the motor.
11. Do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device to reduce the risk of fire or electric shock.
12. If you are not familiar with electrical wiring, it is recommended to contact a licensed electrician for installation.
